Hi there … again! I didn’t intend to do 2 blog posts today but it just turned out that way, hehe. The more the merrier right? Anyway, I haven’t done a planner post in awhile so I thought today would be the perfect time to do so, because it’s Monday = start of a new week = new planner spread 🙂 Are you following me?
Since the start of 2017, I go back and forth between my Happy Planner (which I featured in my previous planner posts) and my Kate Spade Personal Organizer. What’s the reason? Hmm, it really just depends on my mood. When I have a lot of things to do and jot down, I tend to plan with my Happy Planner OR when I need to be more mobile, I tend to turn to my Kate Spade Personal Organizer, because it is more compact and it doubles as my wallet too. Either way, let’s just say that planning is life! 🙂
The tassel keychain attached to my personal organizer was not originally there. I actually found that tassel at the Target dollar spot! I had to get it, because look! It matches so well. I love good (and cheap) finds 🙂
For this spread, I’m using some left over stickers from the Happy Planner April Showers collection from VanDenBerge Design (on Etsy), an Exclusive Sampler sheet from Wild Summer Designs (on Etsy as well), and a few calendar stickers collection from Carpe Diem Simple Stories. I didn’t end up using the pink and purple washi tapes and pens, ooppss.
I actually didn’t take a “before” picture of the pages before I started decorating it 😦 Yes! I do a “DVR marathon” because I record a lot of TV shows and I watch them all in 1 sitting. Same goes for my “Drama Fever Marathon” because well … I love my Korean (and Asian) dramas! I see you judging me!!! Also, I covered up the dates with the gold glitter washi strip and rewrote them to make them stand out a little better and more identifiable.
This is how it looks like when it is inside my personal organizer already. It might be hard to tell because it’s translucent, but there’s a Kate Spade ruler and book mark in there, so I know exactly where to find my current weekly spread.
Anyways, I’ll remember to do a before/after comparison next time to give you a better visual, nevertheless, I hope you enjoyed my 2nd post of the day. Until next time …
